Margaret grew up in Northern Utah, and attended Utah State University, earning a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy. After marrying and starting a family, she took an income tax class on a whim and it changed her life. She added to her knowledge base with Accounting classes at local junior colleges and WSU and has now been working in the tax & accounting world for more than 30 years. She joined Larson & Company in 2006. Margaret has a broad range of experience with business and individual taxation, and has extensive experience with bankruptcy, trusts and estates.
In her spare time, Margaret has served on non-profit boards and in leadership and teaching positions in her church and other community organizations. She loves to see and experience new things through travel. She also loves reading detective novels, and spending time with her husband Jack, their four children and six grandchildren.
